Welcome to Jessica Huffman Art LLC. By purchasing artwork or prints from this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Artwork & Product Information
I do my best to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Sizes and materials are listed on each product page.
Original artworks are one‑of‑a‑kind. Once an original is sold, it will not be available again. Prints and other products may be offered in limited runs and can be discontinued at any time.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are placed securely through the online checkout. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If there is an issue with your payment or order details, I may contact you using the information you provide.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Please double‑check your address before submitting your order. Shipping times and methods may vary depending on your location and the type of product.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my direct control. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please note that I do not offer returns or refunds, but if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and your order details. I will review the situation and let you know what options are available. Cancellations may be possible only if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, designs, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Jessica Huffman Art. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any artwork or image for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright. You receive the physical piece (or print), not the rights to reproduce it.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jessica Huffman Art is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this site or from purchasing products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If there is an issue with your order, my responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
